We're Here For You!
Alexander and I struggle with depression, anxiety and compound PTSD due to everything that has happened. This pandemic has created a heightened level of mental struggles. We’ve learned a lot by talking to each other and trying to help those who feel like they are drowning in reality.
Any kind of illness is scary. It is overwhelming. It is suffocating. During these times you may feel that you are in too much to pain to deal with all of this. Please remember, the pain others would go through without you would be greater.
Mental health is not something to ignore. Depression can make you feel like you are not going to get through this. Anxiety can create fears and irrational thinking. All of these things and more can build up to a point where people can feel there’s nothing left they can do.
No matter what is going on with your mental health, your family, your home, there are people who care and want you to be strong. We got this 😉
We have put together a list of some resources with people that know how to help. Please always know that we are so grateful that you are part of our village. We love you ♥
